Arts and Crafts Duplex Outlet Cover Plate In Oil-Rubbed Bronze

I redid my son's room in the Arts and Crafts style, and didn't want to put the typical brass, plastic or wood outlet covers in the room. A google search led me to this awesome company. Everyone who has seen the room has not commented on the gorgeous paint colors, or the furniture. Rather, they have commented on the outlet and switch covers. They are beautifully made, unlike anything I've ever come across before. I'm now trying to figure out the next room in the house to work on - I'll definitely be placing future orders. The only issue with this outlet cover is that it is slightly narrower than a typical outlet cover is made today, so in several instances we had to do a tiny bit of sheetrock patching around them. Other than that, they are perfect!

I bought one Arts and Crafts outlet cover to check out the quality vs price. I was so pleased that I will order the rest of them to complete my new Arts and Crafts style kitchen and pantry.

They are slowly making my builder grade house into a showplace.

They are beautiful solid brass plates with a great finish and several visitors commented on the look they add to the room. Cons: Very pricey, but worst feature is that the backside is flat, without a recess for outlet box. If box, outlet, and outlet screws all sit slightly behind wall surface, they work fine. If not, plate will not sit flush to wall, which requires lots of fiddling - breaking ""ears"" off outlets and switches, replacing screws w/ flat-heads, etc. My contractor even complained how long they took to properly install. All that said, I just converted a few more rooms to these wall plates.

Absolutely beautiful. Really adds a nice touch to the room. I will be buying more for the other rooms in my house. Very reasonably priced for the high quality reproduction.
