Description

Pacific Hardware's circa 1912 Bastile pattern inspired our creation of this striking Craftsman-style arts and crafts triple push button switch plate in oil-rubbed bronze. We've replicated the unique window-pane design, with its incised border and characteristic hammered surface, in solid, cast brass. An oil-rubbed bronze finish with copper highlights completes the authentic look. 6 3/4-inch x 6 3/8-inch.

Dimensions: 6 3/4" H x 6 3/8" W. Projection: 1/8".

Please note this cover plate has a flat backside.

For an authentic period look in your restoration or vintage-style new construction, install black or brown switches and outlets in combination with our reproduction cover plates.

drop dead beautiful

We ordered enough of these plates to do all of our downstairs. They look amazing. they lay flat on the wall. it is amazing how something so simple like a light switch plate can change the look and add that extra craftsman style.

Great antique plates

Comments:

Read the writeup carefully. The plates are flush on the back so your walls need to be completely flat. This involved lots of late night plaster feathering to get the plates to sit correctly. Look beautiful on the wall but they are a little darker (more black and less bronze) than we were hoping for. Per the sales guy, the bronze will not be revealed with age...they should maintain the existing patina.

Old World style meets New World living

Actually had a contractor install because we changed all switches in our home as well as lighting fixtures. These simply worked out wonderfully.
