Pacific Pattern Back Plate without Keyhole

Pacific Hardware of Los Angeles designed this distinctive Pacific Pattern Back Plate without Keyhole around 1912 as part of their Bastille Series. The rugged, hand-hammered pattern, originally created in solid copper, is reproduced in durable and affordable cast brass. A velvety bronze finish completes the authentic look.

Dimensions: 8 1/8" H x 2 9/16" W. Inside collar diameter: 11/16". This plate is wide enough to use on pre-bored doors.

Cast: Process where molten brass, iron or other metals are poured and formed in molds often made of sand. The products made in this manner are often thick and heavy.
