There are two easy ways to order from us.
- Online Checkout - Try our easy checkout process. It's secure and a copy of your order will be instantly delivered to the email address you provide. Online orders require a credit, debit or PayPal account to purchase.
- Order by Phone – Expert hardware specialists are available to answer your questions or help you choose the right piece to complement your home. We accept credit/debit cards, money orders, checks and international money orders.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards. A credit/debit card or PayPal account may be used for all online purchases.
Checks or Money Orders
We also accept money orders, personal checks and international money orders. Please call (888) 223-2545, 10:00 am - 7:30 pm Eastern Time to place this type of order. Order processing times apply:
• Money orders – Typically ship within 1 to 2 business days.
• Personal checks – May be held for up to 10 business days prior to shipping.
• International postal money orders – Typically ship within 1 to 2 business days.
Under certain circumstances, House of Antique Hardware offers special terms and discounted pricing. These include a trade discount to contractors, remodelers, designers and other restoration professionals.
It is our policy that only one discount may be used per order and that discounts may not be combined. Please note that a discount may be accompanied by special conditions.
In the event an order is placed and multiple discounts have been used by the customer, we reserve the right to honor only the single highest discount and to charge the account accordingly. We will make the adjustment and email a revised sales order showing the difference in cost.
How to Use the Shopping Cart
When you find an item you want to purchase, add it to your cart by clicking the burgundy "Add to Cart" button located on each detailed product description page. When you've added all the items to your cart that you want to purchase, proceed through the checkout process by following the instructions below.
From any page on our website, to view items that are already in your shopping cart, click on the "View Cart" link or by clicking the “Cart” icon from a mobile device located at the top of every page.
Items Stay in Your Cart Until You Remove Them
For your convenience, our shopping cart keeps all items in it until you choose to remove them. This allows you to shop without worrying that your selections will disappear when you log out. When it's time to purchase, please review your cart carefully. Items that were added to your cart in the past will still be there when you check out.
To remove an item in the cart, go to "View Cart." Click on the remove "x" at the right side of the page.
After adding the items you want to purchase to your cart, click the burgundy "Proceed to Checkout" button.
If you're a new customer, click the "Continue" button under the Guest Checkout heading to proceed with your order.
Complete the Shipping Address fields and click "Continue". Review your shipping address and select a delivery option.
Enter your payment and billing information then click "Continue".
Note: Credit card, debit card or PayPal orders can be placed online. If you wish to pay by check or money order, call (888) 223-2545 during regular business hours, 10:00 am - 7:30 pm Eastern Time.
The Review & Place Order page allows for reviewing your billing address, shipping address and the items in your order before clicking the "Place Order" button. There is an area to enter comments that our team may need to process or deliver your order.
Your order will be processed by clicking on the "Place Order" button. The next screen that appears is a Thank You page which displays your Order Number and order details. An order confirmation will also be emailed to the address you provided.
We're not a faceless online company. Real people answer our phones and our hardware experts have decades of experience specializing in antique and reproduction hardware. If you need help selecting hardware, have installation questions or are looking for an elusive piece, give us a call. We'll gladly special order items not listed on our website and can even reproduce specific one-of-a-kind pieces to fit your needs.

Free Ground Shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $125 for delivery within the United States (offer excludes Alaska & Hawaii). This applies to all items listed on our web site.
For US orders under $125. we offer $9.99 flat rate shipping (offer excludes Alaska & Hawaii). Expedited shipping is available on all orders for an additional charge.
For shipments to Alaska & Hawaii, rates begin at $9.99 and do not exceed $22.99, regardless of order size. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional charge.
We also ship to Canada and most other international destinations at discounted UPS published international rates. International orders may incur customs charges, as well as local duties and taxes.
