Description

Pacific Hardware's circa 1912 Bastile pattern inspired our creation of this striking Craftsman-style quad toggle switchplate. We've replicated the unique window-pane design, with its incised border and characteristic hammered surface, in solid, cast brass. An oil-rubbed bronze finish with copper highlights completes the authentic look. 6 3/4-inch x 8 3/16-inch.

Dimensions: 6 3/4" H x 8 3/16" W. Projection: 1/8".

Please note this cover plate has a flat backside.

Hardware Tip

For an authentic period look in your restoration or vintage-style new construction, install black or brown switches and outlets in combination with our reproduction cover plates.

Arts & Crafts Switch Plate

Comments:

Item was beautiful, very heavy and solid, obvious it is a quality piece. Only purchased 2 due to cost and while I understand quality comes at a price, I wish there was something similar at less cost for those of us in the middle income range.. I would have purchased more to match the entire house. But decided to put a few added $$ in the main living area only... But product is obviously very good.

Arts and Crafts Quad Toggle Switch plate

Comments:

The product seems very heavy and durable but NOTHING like how it appears on the website. The color of the switchplate was so dark, it appears almost black in color and thus the designs within the plate are very hard to see and appreciate. The switchplates were very disappointing in that regard and way overpriced.

Attractive Piece

Comments:

Looks beautiful in my Arts and Crafts-themed dining room. I have this quad toggle switch plate at one end of the room and the double toggle switch plate at the other end. Very pleased.

Captured the look I strived to achieve

Time and time again, I come back to House of Antique Hardware for that finishing touch! [...]Thank you for caring.

Close but no cigar

Comments:

Most cover plates have a small curved edge that is deeper than the plate to deal with the switches sticking out from the wall per normal construction. These do not, they are dead flat. So for a normal installation you can not just replace the plate, you have to also recess the box so you don't have a gap at the edge of the plate to the wall.

good arts and crafts reproduction

Comments:

This switch plate arrived damaged, company was easy to deal with and in the end I received a perfect replacement.

Honest Review

Comments:

The weight and stiffness of the piece show how well built this cover plate is. It will definitely last longer than your house will. My only complaint is that it is extremely stiff. So unless you have a perfectly flush interior wall and the screws for your switch are recessed it will be difficult to achieve a perfectly flush finish.

Perfect arts and crafts wall plate
