Simple and shining round glass knobs lighten the rugged character of our craftsman privacy door set. Pacific Hardware of Los Angeles, the legendary pioneers of Arts & Crafts hardware, created this distinctive window-pane pattern around 1912. We've recreated their hand-crafted, hammered design, originally known as "Bastile," in heavy-duty cast brass. A deep, oiled-bronze finish with subtle copper highlights completes the authentic look.
Door set dimensions: Round glass doorknobs measure 2" in diameter. Back plates measure 8 1/8" H x 2 9/16" W.
Latch dimensions: Backset: 2 3/8" (non-standard 2 3/4" backset available; call for details). Latch case: 7/8" diameter. Latch face plate: 2 1/4" H x 1" W. The locking mechanism for this latch is a small pin located on the back plate near the base of the door knob.
Cast: Process where molten brass, iron or other metals are poured and formed in molds often made of sand. The products made in this manner are often thick and heavy. Learn about hardware >
