Matches my 1910 switches.

Love these switches and am so glad I don't have to replace or add contemporary looking ones to my 1910 house.
Period appropriate and quality design

We replaced an entryway plastic rocker switch with this vintage reproduction. We feel positive about appropriately updating some of the prior owners decor decisions.
Looks the same but feels different
Comments:
We replaced an original switch in our 1910 home. It looks like an original but definitely feels different. It is much easier to push and feels more solid. So you know it's not original when you use it. That can be a pro or a con depending on your preference.
I'd buy this again.

It's a push button light switch. Uh, duh! Press the upper button to turn the light on, and press the lower button to turn the light off.
I would ot buy it again.
Comments:
Switch is used on a closet off master bedroom. Switch is so loud to turn off it wakes anyone asleep in the bedroom. It was used to replace a previous button switch (made in Taiwan) from another supplier. It wore out after 20+ years and was replaced with the Prange switch.
Works well and surprises guests
Comments:
We have been working on our 100 year old craftsman, and these felt correct. They work well and they have a satisfying *clunk* when pressed. The ""mother of pearl"" finish is probably silly, and not needed. Doesn't seem to add any sexiness to the switch and looks like a sticker. These are lightweight and plastic, but behind a nice plate it all feels substantial. I've installed somewhere around 6 or so of these in my house, and only one makes a comical ""boing"" sound when pushed off. The spring must be wound tight, and I hope it softens overtime with use. Also be careful loosening the screws for wrapping your wire around, there is a washer on the inside of the switch. If you go too loose, you'll basically make your switch useless and have to get a new one. ask me how I know.
