This cover plate, although simple and unobtrusive, is simply the best I've seen. It's heavy cast and adds crisp detail to a room restoration. It is also appropriately sized for restoration as it is a bit larger than most currently available cover plates of its type. As an antique technology addict, I am ALL ABOUT originals - or reproductions that are PERFECTLY matched to the original. This product does!

This switchplate is HEAVY. The Forged Brass looks incredible and was exactly what I was looking for. Very pleased and will definitely be buying more.

We bought an 1891 Victorian and are swapping out all the switches to push button ones and added these plates in Pewter. Very solid, beautiful with the push button switches
