Light Switch Review

Comments:

When I first redecorated my apartment I bought 4 of these light switches from you. Those, however, included dimmers and were of better quality. Understandably, I originally purchased 7 years ago but I was disappointed I couldn't match what I originally purchased (apparently you don't sell them anymore). In fact, I still have my receipt and tried to input the original code numbers but your system would not take it. And it didn't seem like you carried it anymore. The new one I bought is fine, but doesn't have the same quality or snazzy dimmer switches I like.

Just as I remember...

we remodeled our kitchen - farmhouse country. the house is from the 1880's. I loved these light switches when I was a kid.

We have push button light switches in the 100+ yr old house..I wanted a match to emphasize the old switches and these are perfect...I will be ordering more..and since this switch is so perfectly made, I will be ordering drawer pulls and castors for a tea, coffee, and spice cabinet which I am refinishing. The quality of their pieces are wonderful.

I will purchase more of this itgem

Comments:

Our home already has antique switches and they are so unique. Have always worried what I would do but then I found these and they are perfect to highlight the switches we are replacing.

Push button switch - going back in time

Comments:

Updated a 1925 bungalow bathroom and decided to return to the push buttons that may have been part of a cheaper build as the deco style was starting to appear but I could imagine a typical builder reverting to earlier styles and cheaper components. The enamel switchplate finished the clean look the bathroom was shooting for. The only drawback is that the switch body is too deep for the modern shallow switch box but that can be tweaked.

As we made plans to completely rewire our 103 year old historic home, we were thrilled to find the push button light switches that you offer. If you are searching for an authentic reproduction look no further, this is it! We paired them with your Art Nouveau switch plate covers--an awesome combination!

High quality classic

Comments:

I've seen originals of these in turn of the century buildings and in old movies. These offered by House of Antique Hardware are faithful reproductions made to modern standards and I don't think you can get switches like this anywhere else!

The switch came quickly and it looks like the other two in the wall plate that are the originals. Thanks.
