Just OK Switch

Only the Copywriter thinks that this switch has the feel and sound of original push button switches. I've got original switches that are over 50 years old and work perfectly. While these switches are OK... I'm lucky if they last 5 years.

I ordered cover plates and push button switches for two bathroom renovations. They are now installed and look great. I liked the look of them so much that I ordered the same cover plates and switches for the entire house. I haven't installed those yet (as some items are on back order) but I hope to get those soon and hope they'll look and work just as great as the first batch I ordered.

I really loved these! Until the one in my sons room failed and the mother of pearl fell out on another. Then two more failed on installation. All of this occurred in under a year during a remodel- all where installed by a licensed electrician. Ive reached out for replacements for the three that have failed but Im worried about a systemic quality issue at this point.

Operation is smooth but very disappointed with the look. One of three switches is close to the representative photo. One of the mother of Pearl buttons simply looks like a black piece of plastic.
