3 way dimmer

Comments:

We bought a pre war apt in Brooklyn 1929-30 we wanted to make it fit the age of the apt. We put all of our switches as push buttons to fit the time frame of the apt. They work and look great. The only problem is that this is on a four way system I just have to not use the 4 way switch just leave it in one position

All about the details!

Comments:

This is the second house that I've put these switches in. I think it's a great addition when restoring an older house. It really shows that you've paid attention to all the details during the design process. It also adds a rich look. Switches haven't evolved (especially in the US) for decades, and even though this type of switch outdates the current models, it makes your house stand out from the others.

Changed the look--perfect touch for our big old fixer upper

Comments:

We purchased two of these push button dimmer switches for the formal dining room of our 1912 American Foursquare. One controls the main chandelier, the other a couple of wall sconces. They get used daily, and when we have company staying, they're on and off, on and off all day. These switches have been installed for almost seven years now and they have stood up to the frequent use without a single hiccup. I love the vintage feel these switches give the dining room. I came here to order another pair of switches to replace the boring old standard flip switches in another area of our home, and I saw a review where the user complained that it didn't dim their led lights properly--that is the user's light bulb's problem, not the switch's. We replaced all of our dining room bulbs (about 25 of them) with Edison-style DIMMABLE LED candelabra bulbs, and the switches operate and dim the lights perfectly.

Clearly marked LED compatible!

Comments:

Until this product debuted in December 2015, my contractors and I got different answers every place we looked at HOAH and every staff person we spoke with regarding the LED compatibility of HOAH push-button switches. I especially appreciated that HOAH clearly marked these when they put them on the website, ending a long wait!
