Authentic
Comments:
We purchased an 1888 Victorian last year. Some of the switches were these push button...some with dimmers. Others had been converted to flip switches. We are getting rid of all the flip switches. These look great. The mother of pearl is beautiful and I love the way they work. They look beautiful with the plates RH sells.
Good, but not outstanding
Comments:
The dimmer function works fine. Where the switch falls short is in appearance and feel, particularly the on-off button, which looks as if it's about to come out (it's not; it just looks that way).
Great product, high quality
Comments:
Very good reproduction with modern safety. High quality look and feel.
Hope it will suffice
Comments:
Most clients that want the pushbutton type light switches would be willing to pay for something more solid like the old porcelain style were. These are plastic knobs that flex and feel cheap. The ""mother of pearl"" looks like a cheap sticker stuck on the end of the knob.
Lower Quality
Comments:
The on/off push button is very flimsy and is not long enough to hide the supporting stem, leaving a gap. Definitely lacking the same fit and finish as the matching switches.

Beautiful product. The dimmer works well and is pretty cool.
Works like a charm!

We were glad that the replacement dimmer switch went out as we were able to replace it with a more authentic timepiece. May not wait for the other room's 70 knob to croak before we buy a replacement!
