Description

Our Triple-Strand Twisted Picture Hanging Cord with Wire Center (3/16-Inch Diameter) is an attractive alternative to nails for hanging your favorite pictures and photos. Made of rayon silk with a weight rating of 100 lbs., it holds large, heavy frames with ease. The cord ties to the back of the frame, then loops over a picture hook, preserving your walls while creating a vintage look. Choose from an array of popular color options. Due its handmade nature, dimensions may vary slightly.

a perfect touch to our 1923 home

We wanted to use or picture rail in our new home... it is beautiful and most people are surprised to see the picture hung in such a way. WE DID N'T REALIZE WE WOULD BE GIVING HISTORY LESSONS.

As pictured, but a surprise inside...

Lovely cord, has a metal inside that allows it to be bent/twisted as needed. HOWEVER! I ordered something like 12 yards of this...and as we were unrolling it I discovered that about 4 yards in, it was cut! And then taped together! Luckily, it was at a point where we only lost a few inches because we were starting a new cut for our next piece to be hung. But come on, people. Do not promise to send me X amount of continuous yards, only to hide two cut pieces together in the roll. Very disappointed with that.

Attractive and Strong

The ""Antique Ivory"" color is a bit darker than it looks in the picture and I ended up returning it to purchase the ""Ivory"" instead. Even though I had to pay shipping, I did get credit for the product promptly. The item itself is ideal for the purpose! I love the way it looks!

Beautiful and fFunctional

Comments:

Just finished restoring a 200 year old building in New Orleans, and this adds the perfect touch. Love the color, and it fill is the space under the 11 foot ceilings with just the right bit of sheen. The wire is easy to wrap securely to my pictures.
