Large Regency Picture Hook

These were any outstanding addition to my office for hanging large photo frames for creating an interesting art wall.

just what i was looking for

I needed picture hooks to take advantage of the picture rail in the Edwardian condo I just got in San Francisco. I was excited to see the interesting unique Large Regency hooks I chose, having been disappointed with the dull generic hooks I had found in stores. The hooks could not be simpler to use. You put the claws into the groove of the railing, and they grasp firmly. This grip and the sturdiness of the hooks provide great confidence that the art is securely hung. I am very happy with the elegant look the hooks give to my art collection. The hooks are a graceful and well-done ""icing on the cake"" for presentation of each piece of art. They also lend the collection a beautiful unity and communicate real caring about the art for which they have been used.

Unfortunately it does not fit the existing molding in my living room as it is simply too large. On the other hand I am doing a full remodel in the parlor and it is worth installing a larger molding to use them.

Once you get the hang of it... you'll be hooked.

Fits much better on the rail than the others I have purchased

We just purchased a 100-year-old historically registered home in Tulsa, OK that has picture rail throughout the house. This was the perfect item for hanging artwork without destroying the plaster walls with nails and screws. We also used the woven cords that are available. We have received many compliments on both the look and functionality of these and will certainly be purchasing more. I would definitely recommend!

These hooks (satin nickel finish) look great and are a perfect fit for the molding in our 1895 home. The design looks very good from up close or from normal viewing distances. It's so much easier and less destructive to hang photos from these rather than trying to line up a bunch of nails in the plaster wall, looks way better too.

Great vintage looking picture rail hangers

These are great picture hooks, this is actually my second purchase of them after loving the first set so much. The only thing that bugged me was that (as far as I could tell) there was no indication that the item was backordered until after I completed my purchase- super annoying! Luckily I wasn't on a time crunch.
