Solid Brass Square Cylinder Escutcheon - 2 1/2" x 2 1/2"

This bevelled edge New York style escutcheon is designed for the exterior side of an entry door. It features a cylinder hole to be used with entry mortise locks. Made of solid, forged brass in 2 finishes.

Dimensions: 2 1/2" H x 2 1/2" W and projects 1/4". Cylinder hole diameter: 1 3/16".

Forged: Process of forming brass or other metals into a particular shape by heating the metal and hand pounding or cutting with high pressure dies. Items made in this way are very strong and heavy.
