Reading Hardware designed this delightful swinging door push plate around 1885. The whimsical Aesthetic pattern, originally known as "Windsor", is covered in stylized flowers, waves and bamboo. Our faithful reproduction is made of cast brass available in a polished or antique finish.
This push plate is typically used on a pivoting interior door (e.g., dining room to kitchen), with matching plates on each side. Coordinating Windsor pattern door, window & cabinet hardware is available for every room in your house!

Lovely push plate.

I ordered 2 plates and one had issues with the design not showing correctly. However, the replacement process was super easy. We haven't applied these yet to the door, as we are still under construction, but I don't anticipate any issues.
