A little something different

Comments:

Just what we were looking for. I wanted something a little different, but sticking to our simple farmhouse look. These are perfect for our pantry door.

A touch of class

Comments:

A very nice piece that turns out to be a conversation piece. Everyone comments on it and likes it. A nice touch of class for a small price.

A work of art

Comments:

I replaced a pair overly ornate push plates on a butler's door that matched no other hardware in my new-old vintage home with this pair. I haven't installed them on the door yet because these plates are so lovely that my husband & I intend to attempt some gentle first aid to the door in order to do justice to these plates. (The previous homeowner allowed her large dog to gouge the door pretty badly.)

As described, beautifuk

Dogy Push Plate

Comments:

My home was built in 1868 and is on the National Historic Registry. My two brittanys were clawing away at the 150 year old front doors. I was looking for a protector but didn't want anything plastic or cheesy looking. kick plates were not the answer because the dogs were scratching the door directly beneath the door knob. I re-purposed the push plates from House of Antique Hardware to cover the doors in the area where the dogs are scratching . They work great and they look like they are original to the door.

I am using this on a swinging door between kitchen and dining room! Looks so nice

Looks as if it has been there 100 years

Comments:

We purchased this for a swinging door going into our kitchen from the dining room and it matches the original door knob hardware of our house perfectly. It looks as if it has been there since the house was built. The material is high quality and the antique finish blends in so well with actual antique hardware finish. highly recommended.
