2 1/4"" backset is too small.

Comments:

Why is this a 2 1/4"" backset? Most doors are much more than this. Please put this in the description. It is a very odd backset.

do not buy this

Comments:

i was so disappointed in this product . . unfortunately I was not there for its arrival or installation . . . when i arrived home I was greeted by an install by that was twice as high since the locksmith basically had to re-work the product to make it work . . . and it still only works ""OK"" at best. the finish is not nice and the locking mechanism does not work well.

Just what I needed

Comments:

I am using this doorknob and faceplate as a model for an exciting door restoration project for one of the most expensive doors in the world - stay tuned
