Great product, quick shipping

I'm pretty disappointed in both the ordering process and the knobs I received. First, the hex knobs I originally ordered were not available. And then continued to be unavailable even after the expected date they were supposed to be restocked. If that were the case, I'm not sure why I was able to purchase them in the first place. Second, the ad for these knobs says ""iron"" knobs, which implies a darker black look to them. And the pics of the knob look black. These actually look more pewter then wrought iron. And whatever the finish is on the knob has caused a little discoloration on it. It's not horrible and I don't know how common it is, but it was on the first knob I opened up. Lastly, I sent an email to them with these issues and did not hear back from the company. If I had more time I would have returned them, but I had to get the project done.

I've used these knobs on so many clients' homes. Everyone just loves the look and feel of them.

We used these on most of the cabinets in our new kitchen, along with the coordinating colonial bin pulls. I love the finish--I originally planned on black cast iron, but these have a softer, more unique, gunmetal gray finish that I just love. They are a good solid weight, and feel nice to use. The only reason I did 4 stars instead of 5, is one of the knobs arrived with the finish damaged. It was not a huge deal, we just put it on a cabinet that's under the island counter overhang, so you can't see it, but I was a bit disappointed! Everything else I purchased was perfect.

The quality is well above any of the big box offerings.

Simple knob would work for a variety of cabinet door or furniture pull applications - finish feels more special/custom since it does not seem to be widely available elsewhere from most other suppliers on the direct to consumer market.

These knobs go really well with the bin pulls we purchased and love.
