Heavy Duty Cast Iron Sash Lift With Antique Finish

The sashes compliment our 1860 refurbished home well from both a practical and decorative element.

I was looking for a sash lift to go with a country setting, as I didn't like the sash that came with my window. These were exactly what I was looking for.

We own a mountain cabin home (year round residents) built in 1937. Great addition to home, looks authentic & very functional.

This cast Iron sash lift comes as advertised....It's sturdy and comes with two phillips head screws as well as two regular screws. By adding these lifts, my windows take on a whole new appearance of the day's gone by. In 90 minuets time I was able to install the lifts for 12 windows. (Would have taken less time if I had a power drill).

Cast iron finish looks authentic on my original 6 over 6 windows in my 1825 stone home.

My 1895 home has the same original thumb pulls so I was delighted to find these to match!

Item works great. Installs easily and looks great.

I used these sash lifts four per double hung window. This allows me to open both top and bottom windows with ease.
