Replacement parts for outdated hardware

I would purchase again if I needed another.

Comments:

Perfect replacement.

Chrome plated strike plate

Comments:

Hole for lock was large enough for the lock, not true for other strike plates you sell. Chrome finish and size of lock hole drove the decision on this purchase.

Well made & sturdy

Comments:

Used these in all our new doors in a 1927 house.

Not easily found replacement piece.

Comments:

Excellent service, quality materials.

Lovely piece of hardware!

Comments:

Looks lovely. Excellent replacement for original 1920s hardware. The included screws, while lovely to behold, were too short to be useful in the old, screw-worn door jamb. I bought some longer stainless screws to substitute. Those are not as pretty, but it's not something you'd be likely to notice.

Used for Interior doors

Worked as good as a restoration product is expected to.

Comments:

The chances of finding a strike plate to match an old door is nearly impossible so it isn't the products fault that installation is difficult. If your trim is stained be sure to buy larger strikes and carefully rout to fit. Wood filler will never stain the same and will look bad. If you are painting you can putty sand and paint to make the figment nearly disappear with effort.

Nice Strike Plate
