Plain Tapered Picture Rail Hook

I was having trouble finding picture rail hangers that worked for our Victorian house. These were great- they fit our picture rail perfectly and were very well made.

These picture rail hooks were perfect. They look just like the authentic antique ones that I inherited - only better materials. Everyone who comes to my home and sees them is amazed. Great way to hang artwork and not create holes in the drywall -- assuming you have a picture rail.

These hooks are great for hanging pictures without making holes in your wall. The best part is that you can easily rearrange your pictures as much as you want. Of course you will need to previously install the picture hanger moulding.

It's really nice not to have to put holes in my 1937 plaster walls. Picture rail hangers are a good asset to my home. Really easy to hang frames and they look good.

Just a plain hook. I ordered one in oil rubbed bronze, which tended to blend in with the stain I had chosen for my molding. I will likely order more, but will pick a different finish. It's basically what I was expecting it to be, nothing less, nothing more.

Our house is fairly simple, so I didn't want something that was really ornate. The pictures that I needed to hang were not really heavy. Since we had never even tried to use the picture rail before, I was not sure anything would work. So I just purchased some of the less expensive hooks, and they are working like a charm. I love the look.

Hook looks great, but doesn't fit our picture molding very well. I wish the back was a bit longer and that the hook had a stop on the front to keep the hanging wire from slipping off.

What a wonderful way to display my pictures, and the many compliments I have had. The color and finish was perfect to compliment my pictures. [...]
