Ovolo Egg and Dart wall plates

I am doing a complete remodel of our home. I had bought some brass wall plates when we bought the house new in 2008. They are ok, but I was unsatisfied. So, a few years ago, I started search the internet for an alternative and found House of Antique Hardware. We liked the Egg and Dart design, but what really sold me was that these are FORGED, not stamped sheet metal like the previous ones from another vendor. Without getting down in the weeds about metallurgy, forged is waaaaaay stronger. When I received them, they did not disappoint. OUTSTANDING product and service. Currently waiting on Quad gang GFI wall plate availability in mid August. Yes, these are spendy, but in this case, you pay for what you get.
