Description

With a 1 3/4" offset, these traditional arch-top pintles work well with brick veneered homes. Use them to replace worn or damaged pintles or to build your own custom sized shutter hinges (straps sold separately). Made of heavy duty stainless steel which is powder coated black.

Dimensions. Mounting Plate: 3 5/8" H x 1 1/2" W x 1/8" Thick. pintle Rod: 1/2" Diameter x 1 3/4" offset.

Good product but...

These hinge pintles are sturdy and well made. The powder coat chips fairly easily but being S/S it""s ok. My only complaint is that the powder coat was thicker on one of the pins than the other. For their intended use this would not be a factor. I am using the hinges to secure and hold a square steel bar to make a drop down security bar inside the front main door. For this purpose the hinges worked great! But because of thickness variation of powder coat two different sized holes needed to be drilled in the bar. Again, my application of this product was not it's intended use.
