Cast Iron Fleur-de-Lis Knob with 1 1/4" Diameter

I did not notice the other reviews of the coloring off, but would have purchased anyhow. Very pewter/silver toned, vs cast iron/oiled brass, which is what I was hoping for to somewhat match original hardware in my 1840s farmhouse. I think I can paint to make them work.

I replaced glass knobs on 8 built-in hutches w/ stain glass doors in the dining room of my 1926 Spanish Eclectic home. I subtlety highlighted areas of the fleur de lis pattern on the knobs by burnishing gently in small areas with gold paint to pick of the gold in the leading of the stain glass. The result is stunning! They took the paint well and were super easy to install!

The problem with this product is the color. I needed black cast iron...not pewter/dark silver.

I ordered these cast iron knobs because I was looking for an inexpensive but period-appropriate pull for my kitchen cabinets. I had found the exact same pattern in a local store but they only had one in the pattern and finish color that I was looking for. So when I saw the same pattern knob on the House of Antique Hardware site, I thought I was in luck. Unfortunately these knobs were poorly cast knock-offs made by a different company. The pattern was off-center by a millimeter or two; I was unable to see this in the photograph since the item is pictured in profile. I have high standards so a cast iron knob that is slightly off-cente rmight be okay if you want a more rustic look, but it just looked poorly made to my eye. However, I ordered two other products that did meet my stanrdards. I can also say that House of Antique Hardware was quick in taking care of both the shipping and the return process of the poorly cast knobs. So I wouldn't recommend this product, but I will do business with them again.

The design and finish exceeded my expectations. The staff was very helpful answering questions.

I've ordered several different items from this company and there is always at least one bad screw no matter what the item. The knobs are gorgeous, I just wish they came with better screws.

These are beautiful We were skeptical at first because we thought it would be too much design with the matching bin pulls but they are fantastic together. We are very happy with our purchase. The knobs are a great size and your fingers don't get stuck under them (if you've ever owned knobs like that you'll understand). Highly recommend!

I made an old world jewelry box for my granddaughter and the knob with its design was the perfect piece to finish the project.

I looked everywhere for the right hardware to update my mothers old china cabinet. I found exactly what I was looking for here! The design on the pulls are well defined and the weight and strength is perfect. I had to get all new screws as the hutch is made of thick boards of teak. Delivery was very prompt and the prices were the best I had seen anywhere.
