Exactly as described & exactly what I needed

So glad I found you

Looked good, but had a problem

Comments:

When the latch for my hoosier cabinet arrived, I was excited to see it looked just like the originals on my cabinet. But as I was lining it up to get my new screws set in new holes that I had to drill a little higher so the bar fit right, I noticed the catch sticking out was a little loose. I thought, oh no, I must have broke it some how. I couldn't figure out HOW I could have made it loose, but I must have held it too hard while trying to hold it in place. I don't know. I looked at it, and thought, well maybe it is made with soft alloy or not welded good, or I must be awfully rough with a screw driver. At any rate, the catch hook is not broke into, although it is not going to last for years. It moves back and forth with your finger, so I just don't want to touch it and take any chances. I looked to see if I could find a replacement part without having to buy the the whole kit because the price of kit was enough without the high additional charge for shipping such a small part! I am thinking that I need to buy some kind of metal epoxy to make the catch bar stronger.

Must not meant to be used

Installed it, worked well for one month, now the latch is in two pieces. Very disappointed.
