Description

Crystal glass octagonal knobs have a fresh and elegant look that's never out of style. First offered in the 1850s, their popularity peaked at the turn of the century. Our modern reproductions feature a solid-brass shank for added durability. Offered in an array of classic finishes and vibrant colors.

Door set dimensions: crystal glass octagonal doorknobs measure 2 1/4" across. Rosettes measure 2 1/2" diameter.

Latch dimensions: Latch case: 7/8" diameter. Latch face plate: 2 1/4" H x 1" W.
Standard door range: 1 3/8" to 1 3/4" thick.

Privacy
Latch and lock - This set has a privacy pin next to the inside knob or lever which is pushed in to lock. The door is unlocked by turning the knob or lever on the inside and can also be unlocked from the outside by pushing a small screwdriver through the emergency release hole. Typically found on bedroom or bathroom doors.

Hardware Tip

Tubular Latch: A cylindrical door latch that is installed into the edge of the door and is operated by a knob or lever via the spindle. These are typically used for modern pre-bored doors.

Gorgeous Satin Nickle and BLUE Crystal Glass Knobs

I am in Australia - so they are expensive due to the poor Aussie Dollar against the Green Back - plus the added weight as they are quite heavy which adds to the freight (I purchased 20 plus) and then Customs on top of it - so they cost me a BOMB - BUT I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM - and they are worth every penny. They are good solid quality - the blue glass crystal knobs are the perfect colour and quite heavy and feel luxurious in your hand. They add a splash of colour and a WOW factor. We don't have anything this pretty in Australia. I would recommend them in a heart beat.

Perfection at it's best

This product looks great on our bedroom door. We had glass door knobs on our other doors and wanted ones that were green to match the pain in the bedroom. Love them.
