Description

The Bennington pottery first produced richly swirled clay knobs in the mid 1800s. Pair these authentic reproductions with any of our brass rim locks for a period perfect Victorian style door set. Each pair of knobs has one long shank and one short shank with a flange (to sit flush on the lock surface). Choose from a polished & lacquered or antique brass finish.

Dimensions. Knobs: 2 3/8" diameter. Long shank: 5/8" diameter, drilled for a 20 TPI spindle. Spindle: 4 1/2" L x 9/32". Includes an Allen wrench and set screws for mounting knobs to spindle.

Hardware Tip

How do I know what door knobs will work with a particular rosette or door plate? The knob shank diameter should be a little less than the inside collar diameter on the rosette.

Had to replace our bathroom door knob. This product is built well and works great.!!

Comments:

The Product works great for its purpose. Threading on the knobs helps for less loosening over time. The only drawbacks are the knobs is more of a floral pattern, they do not have the strips, instead a marble/tie-dye pattern. Knobs are occasionally cracked, however customer service is quick to help with any replacements!
