Comments:
Used it on laundry room door.
This product is great
Comments:
A replacement for a 90 year old unit on my dining room door. Fit like a glove. All the holes on the hinge lined up with those in my door. Cover plates are different and and required 2 new holes to be drilled for each. 5 minutes extra work.
Vast improvement!
Comments:
This hinge replaced a 50-year old version that was difficult to operate because the internal parts had become too worn. Once this hinge was installed, our swinging dining room door no longer threatened to upset every tray, squash every dog, bump every guest, catch every finger. It is a delight to use, and I recommend it highly.
Very good hardware high quality

The product is easy to install.
Victorian swinging door install
Comments:
Read the instructions carefully, line the bracket up next to the door to visualize operation/installation and to better understand the instructions, THEN cut the door. Once you make the cut in the door, there is no place to secure one of the bottom cover plate screws.
Well worth my time, great product!
Comments:
This spring hinge was exactly what I was looking for, quality product, the only thing that would make this product better is if they were giving it away!
Well-made

Our contractor installed this on a 50 lbs-salvaged door that double-swings between kitchen and the mud room. We've only had it for 3 weeks so not sure of its durability, but so far we are very pleased. The door swings with ease and would click into an open position at about 90 degrees. It seems heavy duty enough. We'll see how it holds up in the long run.
