Heavy Duty Swinging Door Floor Hinge With Solid Brass Cover Plates

This hinge replaced a 50-year old version that was difficult to operate because the internal parts had become too worn. Once this hinge was installed, our swinging dining room door no longer threatened to upset every tray, squash every dog, bump every guest, catch every finger. It is a delight to use, and I recommend it highly.

Customer Service was great, since I needed this piece very fast. They spoke to the manufacturer and had them send it ASAP. Two thumbs up for service. Doors looks great and works even better.

We've tried the spring-loaded hinges and they all eventually stretched and the door sagged. We have small children and this device works very well and looks very good. I especially like how it holds its open position once is reaches a certain point and doesn't come flying back...ie, as one child passes thru and another following behind!

this product met my demands of what i was trying to do b/c i wanted a swing door with a glass center on my bathroom . This product was perfect for what i wanted to do iam so glad that i was able to find it b/c it was very hard trying to find a item and couldnt. The color was perfect for the decor in the bathroom . I would let others know about this product b/c i was very satisfied

it`s uselles, hinges were complete disappointment, there were assabled incorrectly and lloked like someone ren over with a semitruck.
