Heavy Duty Swinging Door Floor Hinge With Solid Brass Cover Plates

We bought this kit to turn a regular door into a swinging door leading from our dining room to our kitchen. It works great on a very heavy old door.

My house flooded and we removed all the floors and doors. The worker wanted to get rid of this door because some peices were not working and spring was broken, thanks to this order I now have a working and awesome butler door on my new hardwood floor.

I used this hinge to solve a door problem at the museum I work for. We needed a door that would allow 2 way egress yet remain closed in between use. I used this hinge to pivot a custom door in a custom fabricated glass walled vestibule.

We are very pleased with how this product operates and looks. (Still have a bit of detail work to complete.)

Second time to installed a heavy oak door with this hinge. It's superior to any hinge I've used in the past. Very well made. It has enough different plate finishes for my customers to choose from. Once installed it functions smoothly.

We used this to install a pantry door using a very heavy antique door that was thicker than standard doors. This hinge seems to support it easily and operates very smoothly. I can't speak to install as our carpenter did it, but he didn't seem to have any trouble!
