We needed to replace our swinging door hinge. This is a solid product, well constructed, operates well.

This product was great. We ordered it for our bathroom door that we installed 33 years ago. We thought it would be impossible to find one that would work after all these years., but my husband easily installed it the same day we received it. It actually looks and works better than the original one. We are a very happy customer.

Replacement for original hinge

Instructions are not clear.

I said already I had to fix the existing swinging door. I tried to find the exact same hardware and luckily I found it after a couple of hours at the House of Antique Hardware!

The new floor hinge fit exactly into the existing door making replacing the existing hinge a breeze!

This product met our needs and works very well

Our contractor installed this on a 50 lbs-salvaged door that double-swings between kitchen and the mud room. We've only had it for 3 weeks so not sure of its durability, but so far we are very pleased. The door swings with ease and would click into an open position at about 90 degrees. It seems heavy duty enough. We'll see how it holds up in the long run.
