Classic Solid Brass Thumbturn Privacy Door Bolt

We're replacing all of our customer's door hardware and she was very happy with the selection of high quality hardware we were able to source here.

We had the old crystal knobs that we installed in our condo. We had no way to lock the bathroom and bed room doors. We purchased 3 of these and they worked great and looked fantastic with the crystal knobs. Very happy with our purchase.

I was glad to find this item. Restoring an old bank building and needed a good solution to providing privacy latches on the 100 year old mortise lock doors. These did the trick.

This is a great product but make sure your interior door is a full 1 3/8 inches thick. My door was closer to 1 1/4 inches and I had to make gaskets to fit behind the interior rosette to keep the lock from fitting sloppy.

Our home was built in 1930. When we purchased the home, the bathroom door had an awful shiney brass sliding lock-something that might close a shed. We wanted something to match the antique black shell around the glass door knob. The lock we purchased is perfect.

I used this to fill a hole from an existing lock on an old door I am installing in a new home. This was the perfect size and great as it is going on a powder room door! This allows the user to lock the door from the inside only. Looks great as the finish matches my other door hardware in the home.

Color and finish are beautiful. Managed to install it on a 1 1/4"" thick wood door. orks very smoothly.

I like the choices of color. It matches the different styles of authenticated material.

Very dissapointed that this is an Emtek product and would have appreciated that being disclosed on your website. That way I could have made the decision whether it was worth purchasing or not as Emtek is known for poorly manufactured products. The receiver opening on the strike plate was extremely oversized, which defeats the purpose of having a strike plate for the bolt. My customer is not happy.

A sharp-looking very well built product that was exactly what I was seeking. I was overall very pleased with it. Installation was straightforward, but required a little tweaking to get the parts to align properly. Even then the deadbolt ended up working a little stiffly. The countersink for the screws is cut off by a decorative fillet so the screw edges protrude on the outside. -Not a big deal, but a bit odd from a design viewpoint.
