A touch of old world elegance!
Comments:
A unique way of hearing someone at your door. A distinctive touch to my entryway. Often, being on the second floor of my townhouse, I do not hear the doorbell....this was a great solution in that the sound resonates with a pleasing sound. Very pleased with this product.
Attractive door bell
Comments:
Very nice bell. Definitely reccomend this product. If you need a non-electronic bell option this is a good choice. Definitely much more attractive and unique than anything that you could pick up at big box stores. Bell is big - make sure you check dimensions & see if it will fit on your door.

Easy to install. The doorbell looks great on my 140 year old house and is an authentic reproduction.

Brass door bell
Comments:
Used this door bezel to replace a 150 year old bell that no longer worked. Fit perfectly and work great. Everyone who comes up to the door has to give it a ring.
Bungalow lover
Comments:
We have a 1924 bungalow located in a historic district of tampa. It's been beautifully restored and we desperately needed a doorbell but could never put a modern wireless one up. We found this one and got it in the brushed nickel to match our other finishes on the house. We were beyond pleased when we opened the box. It was so beautiful! My husband got right to work. The sound is loud enough inside that you should hear it from any part of the house. Most people know what to do when they see the turn but a few have no clue. We quickly ordered another one for our side door and again it arrived quick and was easily put up. we love it!
Door bell 1895 House
Comments:
The only bad feature was that installation was for a door, and in our case, the original doorbell was through the wall and woodwork. with a little ingenuity, we were able to make it work.
everything i thought it would be.

Exactly what I was seeking
Comments:
I absolutely hate electronic doorbells; I've had some really clunky ones in my life. I've stood in the home improvement stores trying out new ones and I just don't want an electronic doorbell of any kind. I recalled the bell that a friend of mine had on her old, old house on the East coast (they started building a lot earlier there than points farther West!) I kind of jumped the gun on getting myself my new mechanical doorbell. I had barely signed the paperwork on a new build house that is promised to be completed in a year! But I have my doorbell and can't wait until I get to install it.
