3" Solid Brass Steeple Tip Hinge With Decorative Vine Pattern

Love all of the options for hinges in this case. It's a 100 year old building and one of the hinges failed. Sought out ornate and antique looking hinges for a simple basement access door. This purchase was lovely for even such a simple application. Big box stores do not offer this kind of elegance in a hinge. Sounds silly, but I'm ecstatic and they look lovely and detailed!

Hinges were wonderful but the screws would shear or the heads would break, I pre-drilled every hole accordingly and used a regular old screwdriver and half of them would shear at the head or the head would bust in half, ended up having to gowith stronger brass screws that don't match the style

Great hinges that match our original 1874 hinges inside and deaign. The problem is the finish. Ours are black cast iron. The ""antique iron"" finish just looks like steel and is a silvery metal finish that doesn't look like the picture. I returned those and purchased matte black. The black is closer, but the shiny non-matte paint looks nothing like old cast iron. I wish there was a simple black iron finish! If you want brass or bronze finish it might be great.

Excellent replacement of original 99-year-old door hinges. Almost exactly like original door hinges. Originally black on solid-brown doors. Painted white many times. Purchased 1920-built home and completely renovated inside and out. Could not use wood screws provided because the original screw larger. Extremely satisfied with product and price.

I got three sets of these for a new 85 lb. decorative glass interior door. The glass contains zinc caming, so I wanted something to match and arrived at these hinges in the antique pewter - perfect! I got a crystal knob with the same kind of metal and the door will be painted black. I cannot wait to see all of this together. The door would not look nearly as special without this hardware. An added bonus is the compliments I got on the hardware from the carpenter who installed the door.

Main part of hinge looks good . The spline or the spine of the hinge, however has no detail on it and looks extremely ordinary when the doors are closed and this is the only part which remains visible. Looks like a cheap reproduction, and was expensive so I was disappointed .
