Nice replacement for originals
Comments:
The holes did not quite line up with the originals, but close enough that it was easy to install.
Nothing like heavy brass.
Comments:
I'm replacing all the hardware on the double hung windows in the 125-year-old church I'm restoring. The originals were cheap and rusted, most not working at all. the new hardware on freshly painted sashes looks great.
Polished Nickel Finish looks like Chrome
Comments:
I'm pretty sure this is chrome finish being passed off as nickel. I wasn't happy with it.
Product is as shown, nice sturdy brass. Beautiful polish.
Comments:
we used this product for latching doors on some custom boxes, they look and work fabulous

Right Lock for a Classic Housr
Comments:
I had gone to a hardware store and found window locks only in white and silver. I ordered locks online and they were plastic. The third time was the charm. My classic Victorian house now has its oak trimmed windows with brass locks that look as if they were always there. The brass locks look like beautiful jewels that uplift the look of the windows. I am very pleased with these locks.
Solid authentic reproduction
Comments:
These sash locks are really wonderful reproductions. I purchased the unlacquered brass locks. They slowly are aging and look great. They were easy to install. I especially like the slotted screws which give it an authentic look. They are classic and made very well. I bought these to replace the cheap awful looking ones someone had installed that replaced the original ones on my turn of the century shingled cottage. I know these will last another 100 years plus.
Solid brass sash lock
Comments:
Appreciate the inclusion of matching brass slot head screws that are long enough to create a secure lock, but slender enough to minimize splitting issues.
Solid feel, silky smoth operation
Comments:
Overall part was very good, used my own screws, as the ones inlcuded were sloted, prefer a philips especially when using brass screws which are a bit softer
