Solid Brass 10" Transom Window Chain In Antique-By-Hand Finish

Finish looks like it is coated in something. I imagine it will wear off over time, but at the moment it looks a little chintzy.

When it comes to chains available for purchase for transom windows, the internet is laden with options; many of which are similar in style and appearance, since they were commonplace in the late 19th into the 20th centuries. However, I consider the solid brass quality of this chain from HAH worth every penny. Pros: Don't overthink it (you can get all of your transom window hardware from HAH, ensuring it will match corresponding pieces), professional finish that improves over time (other antique-by-hand hardware purchased over the years is still looking great!), period appropriate, great quality (solid brass is sturdy and I believe it will not weaken with repeated use -- time will tell!) Cons: None so far!
