Another High Quality Piece

This is the obvious choice for hanging larger mirrors/artwork from your original picture rail.
Attractive and sturdy picture rail hook
Comments:
The picture rail hooks are sturdy and have a nice finish. We are using two of them to hang a wall clock. This is a great product and not easy to find. Ordering from the House of Antique Hardware was very easy. Order came promptly. I would definitely buy from them again and recommend this company.
Elegant and STRONG!!
Comments:
I love these hooks. I installed picture railing(from House of Antique Hardware), in my c. 1895 house and as I add art work to the walls, it is WONDERFUL to be able to do so without putting holes in the fresh paint. Latest additions were maps from 1895, and 1930 -that I got framed finally. They are HEAVY, But these hooks are secure, elegant and enable me to adjust artwork with the minimum of effort.
Great picture rail hook

Excellent touch to the formal living room in our old school house.
Nice quality and nice price

We have been renovating our home and adding picture mold to a lot of our rooms. We purchased the picture mold hooks to hold up shelves in one of the bedrooms. They are amazingly strong and they look very colonial as well. We are very happy with them and the price was great too!
Impossible to Find, Can't Do Without
Comments:
After owning our house for a number of years, we needed to extend the ceiling molding into another room. The contractor could not duplicate it. Then we figured out that the wood molding included a picture rail. The walls are plaster so we were very pleased that the rail was part of the molding. The problem then became one of trying to find the hooks. No one had non-industrial looking hooks except the House of Antique Hardware.
Great for older houses with chair rails!
Comments:
We love using these in our office. The building is a three story Victorian and a landmark so we can't drill any holes in the walls or alter anything significantly. We use them to hang white boards and other modern needs in the offices off the mouldings and chair rails without damage. They are 100 times sturdier than the cheap hooks we find in regular hardware stores and look so much better.
Arts and Crafts
Comments:
I ordered enough for the whole house, and they look and work wonderful! I have gotten many compliments. I have an Arts and Crafts style home, and the simple design works well. I used 16 ga and 20 ga antiqued gold tone wire as the hanger for the pictures from a hobby store (found in the jewelry aisle). I also used black wire in one room. I love the way it all turned out!
