Description

This ornate, yet understated 4-Inch Ball Tip Hinge is a Victorian-era classic. It features a lovely pattern of vines against a stippled background, a decorated barrel and traditional ball finials. Made of heavy-duty cast iron, this faithful reproduction has loose pins and slotted and Phillips screws.

Dimensions: 4" x 4" not including ball finials. Leaf thickness is 1/8".

Slowly replacing all hinges.

I have replaced several doors/hinges in our 1890 farmhouse and keep coming back to buy these hinges. They're strong and beautiful and consistent. I am slowly replacing the hinges in our house with these. We even received compliments — who compliments hinges?! They thought they were original.

Beautiful...and a great price!

Comments:

Hinges are for French doors that open from Master Bedroom into Master Bathroom. The doors are almost always open so I wanted the Hinges to be special. Twenty years ago when we built our house I but Polished Brass Hinges from this Company on my Oak Library French doors. They look beautiful!
