Black Iron Ball-Tip Hinge with Decorative Vine Pattern - 4 1/2"

I needed an old fashioned look for my newly done basement with 1 inch knotty pine walls and homemade doors...these look super on my doors...I am very impressed with the quality and price!

These are being used at Queen Emma Summer Palace on Oahu. I have used this hinge for an exterior application. They are being used on large plantation shutters. The finish works for our mild climate. But I use several coats of clear lacquer for extra rust protection.

Great fit. The hardware is for some very old plantation shutter doors on a beloved landmark.

We are renovating an old house and utilizing many salvaged antique or vintage building materials, but when we can not find exactly what we need that way we will always turn to House of Antique Hardware. We have confidence in the quality of what they sell!!

Very nice, period-looking hinges but they are too thick for our door. Our handyman now has to chisel into the wood framing and door to make them flush/fit properly. He also mentioned that philips head screws would have been better to work with than the accompanying flathead screws.
