Excellent replacement experience.

This was a replacement for the same item which had worn out over a 15-year life. It is on a set of double doors on a house built in the late 1800's. It was installed with a matching set door handles and plates. Everything matches well, and installation was easy with the help of customer service and the warehouse staff. If appearance had been a problem, I could have used the old exterior plates with the new internal parts.
