I am renting a Colonial duplex built in 1910. The vestibule needed refurbishing as it had a bare bulb for lighting, no switch plate covers, unfinished moldings. The rest of the house is finished very well so I did not want the first impression to look like a tenement. I fixed everything and get many compliments on the entrance to my home now.

Nice, but not quality

It looks like the vintage items, but the material is VERY thin (almost a tin texture and weight). I'll probably try to find vintage pieces in the future to finish my project. However, it does fit the look of the home.

renovated kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Previous owner had changed some of light switches from original push button to toggle with plastic wall plates. We converted all light switches back to push button and were so pleased to be able to find great quality push button switch plates from you to match the originals that have been in our home since it was built in 1915!
