""What a lifesaver""

My grandson decided to hide the key to my clock/curio cabinet so when the battery died in the clock and the curio was getting so dusty I had to find a way to open the cabinet so I contacted house of antiques and you more than provided me with keys to be able to open the cabinet even if another key would go missing...thank you. These duplications are amazing! The quality was great and it was nice to see that I now have a few keys that will fit.

a godsend

I inherited an antique china cabinet that was locked, with no key. I purchased the ring of antique keys, and sure enough, 2 of them fit the cabinet! I am so pleased! saved me the trouble of breaking the lock or hiring a locksmith for antiques, if there is such a thing. I am very happy with my purchase.

A great bunch of barrel keys

Comments:

I bought the keys to open mortise locks on 19th century cabinets. Although these are advertised as barrel keys, one has to be very careful about the nomenclature. In the trade, a barrel key has a hollow central shaft. Almost all of these were solid shafts, and therefore not useable. I asked for all to be hollow, explicitly, and was disappointed to find that my request was not honored.

A key for every lock!!

Ordered this set of keys for an antique curio cabinet that was locked. The keys themselves are beautifully made and of course one fit the lock. Luckily there was another that I could use on a jewelry box that had lost its keys years ago. So happy with this purchase and how pretty each key is. Using the rest as wall decoration.
