Description

With its fanciful bow and brass finish, this skeleton key is suited for a variety of uses - from fun to functional. Hardware Tip

A very happy customer

The key to my vintage wardrobe was broken during a move for carpet installation. I decided that searching on line for a replacement would be faster and more efficient than visiting every antique dealer in the state. Trials of Getting The Right Keys

This is a long story but to make it brief, somehow I got the wrong keys for my China Hutch. I called customer service to get the right ones and you would have thought that I was their favorite customer in the world! My goodness, they had the right keys in the mail the next day or so. I got them and once again they were the wrong number. Again I called customer service and explained that it was all my fault and in all the years I have had to make an exchange, I have NEVER worked with such nice people. In no time at all the new keys were here and worked GREAT. I was given instructions on how to return the 8 wrong keys, I did, and just a few days later I hear from you and you said that the refund will be almost immediately. I want to compliment you on all your staff there. Betty Bahler
