Bought 8 4"" hinges & 6 3"" hinges. EVERY 4"" hinge had rust and bubbly finish. We have never had this happen with previous items. VERY DISAPPOINTED

If you need antique hardware for your house, you have to go to this house! I've been restoring my 1883 Queen Anne Victorian and if I can't find a piece of hardware I need I come to Houseofantiquehardware and it's usually here and usually reasonable and always good quality.

These hinges are beautiful and very well made. In addition each hinge comes with 20 screws! 10 standard and 10 Phillips. So you have your choice of style and can lose 2 because the hinge only needs 8.

We own an 1878 Victorian and most of our doors have hinges that look very similar to these. Unless you inspect these closely, you'd never notice the minor differences. These work great and we are very happy with this purchase.
