Used two of these hooks to hang a heavy (about 20 lbs) antique mirror. Top of hooks (part that goes over the rail) gradually stretched out (wasn't visible from below) and mirror came crashing down. Thank goodness it was middle of the night when my baby was not crawling around the room! These are attractive, well-made hooks, and are working fine for my lighter artwork, but thought I should warn fellow shoppers they are not for heavy-duty use.

We looked for a long time to get more of these type of hooks (not a fan of nails)[...]. They are a very solid product and would gladly recommend your site to anyone looking for quality products.

Unfortunately came with rust on them.... but, excellent customer service and sent me some replacements!! I appreciated the quick turn around time.
