Use these rustic Colonial 18-inch shutter straps to replace worn or missing parts, or to build shutter hinges for your specific needs (mounting pintles sold separately). Designed to work with 1/2-inch diameter pintles, they have a 1-inch offset. Made of galvanized steel and powder coated to resist rust.
Dimensions. Strap Length 18". Width at Base: 1 1/2". Thickness: 1/8". Offset: 1" (from back of strap to center of pintle socket).

Comments:
Screws are very small given the size of the hinge (designed for larger shutters). I ended up using other screws.
