Beveled Edge Recessed Sash Lift With Choice of Finish

I am redoing a 100 year old gardeners cottage and it was easier to buy new than clean and polish the old ones. The great finish makes a great detail. I have a 1926 house in-which I am trying to add back some of the character that has been stripped away over the years. Some sash lifts were missing and ones I found in big box stores were the wrong size and of poor quality. These came the closest to what I already have. Since they are raw-brass, in time they should match.

Beautiful, shiny hardware makes all the difference on the 100-year old restored windows!

Nice enough looking, but certainly not the hefty hardware I recall from years ago. The lifts are shallow, making it difficult to get a purchase on them.
