24" Traditional Style Surface Door Bolt In Solid Brass

Used on an interior set of dutch doors and it keeps 2 Labs out of areas they dont belong in. It replace a shorter bolt lock andIt was easy to intall, no major modifications. Well worth the price.

Installed a pair of door bolts on a couple of antique side light doors that we refinished to our pantry. Completed the look in the kitchen on the 100 year old farmhouse . The bolts are heavy weight with a very nice finish.

Use the extra long deadbolt on my new 12 foot french doors to secure main door. Allows easy reach to top of door latch.

I am short and cannot reach the latch at the top of the door that holds a French door closed. When I found this 24 inch Cremone with the beautiful knob, I was thrilled. This is a unique item for french doors and I thought I would never find one. Now I can pull down the knob that is at eye level and release both doors widening the door opening so I can pass through with my walker to a room others used to have to open for me. It is beautiful and many have commented on it. I chose the brass finish. I ordered another one for my other French doors because this one was so beautiful.

Worked well to keep our 8 ft front door flush to the weather seal at the top. Without it we were getting thousands of lady bugs inside (okay technically Asian lady beetles). Installed this and so long!

DOUBLE PATIO DOORS WERE REPLACE IN AN OLD HISTORIC BUILDING SO WE WERE LOOKING FOR BOLTS THAT WOULD GO WITH THE HOUSE AND TIME PERIOD. THESE BOLTS WORKED OUT GREAT. THE ANTIQUE BRASS FINISH MATCHED PERFECT.

We purchased 18"" throwbolts for are shorter French Doors but also bought two 24"" Throwbolts for two of our doors that are quite a bit taller. They are going to be a very nice addition to our home as they add security and tighten up doors that don't fit or seal perfectly. Our front door is a double-door with an arch that never sealed as tightly as I would have wished but tightly enough that they couldn't be altered much without major work with the hinges. Now, with the use of the throwbolt the door seal has been tightened up wonderfully.

I wish it had a un-laquered brass finish. It would look much better.
