12" Traditional Style Surface Door Bolt In Solid Brass

I actually bought the 12"" and 24"" brass door bolt for 8' french doors. They not only were easy to install, but look rich and accent the large doors! this is an exceptional item. I shopped to find both quality and price and this was better than anticipated.

Great Item just what the customer wanted.

We installed one of these on our side and front 8 foot doors. They work great and are solidly constructed. The finish where the bolt slides (matte black to match our hinges and door hardware) has worn a little but we use these several times each day and it's metal on metal so the wear is realistic. My kids feel extra safe now since they can easily operate these to stay in the house or get out if necessary without a key.

I love these to add rustic charm and character to my French doors and plantation shutters. They are also useful and function.

I bought the matt black finish. It looks gorgeous on my door. I'm buying more 24"" for other doors. Great product

I like the looks of the product. The only thing that bothered me is it seems to mar the finish when you moves the bolt. It might be just the finish,(oil rubbed bronze) and wouldn't do that with another finish But it is mostly for the look and likely won't actually be used much.

This product is installed on hospital endoscopic cabinets in place of the cabinet manufacturer original surface bolts. The originals were too cheap and too short for smaller nurses to reach as the bolts are installed on the highest part of the door.

I used these bolts on an 8 foot tall french door. they extended just far enough for me to reach. Installation was easy.
