Description

A House of Antique Hardware Exclusive! Our Victorian Double Gang Push-Button Switch Plate in Antique-By-Hand is the most intricate and elegant you'll find anywhere. The exquisite Italian Renaissance design, with its fluted border and floral accents, is a faithful recreation of Russell and Erwin's Pisano pattern of 1897. Precision cast in solid brass, it is beautifully detailed and incredibly substantial. The hand-applied antique finish is not lacquered and will continue to age gracefully, developing highlights with use. Suited for restorations or new construction, this decorative plate adds a touch of understated luxury to any interior. U.S. Patent No. D755,606, D784,792

Dimensions: 5 1/2" H x 4 7/8" W.

Hardware Tip

For an authentic period look in your restoration or vintage-style new construction, install black or brown switches and outlets in combination with our reproduction cover plates.

A little pricey but worth it

Comments:

Very much enhanced the Victorian look and feel of my 100 + year old house. I plan to do more after Thanksgiving.

Antique excellence

Comments:

Gives our home that snap that lover's of the period look for!

Double gang push button switch plate

Comments:

I used this switch plate in my 1883 Victorian house. They look great.

Excellent reproduction plates!

Comments:

These look amazing in my recently purchase house built in 1900.

Fabulous antique authenticity

Comments:

Restoring an 1894 Queen Anne in Detroit and looking for antique details but doing a mix with craftsman and Art Deco. We want to make it interesting not just period perfect! These switch plates were the best decision we made so far besides getting the house.

Finishing touches

Comments:

These plate covers are like candles on the cake. I love that I found them. Worth every penny.

Good quality!!

Comments:

I will be purchasing more in the future!!

Great looking piece of hardware

Comments:

Looks great. Take the time to line up the switches first. Also make sure your screwdriver is centered on the screw, otherwise there is a change you'll blemish the surface while installing.

I have purchased this Pisano line again and again...

Comments:

Impeccable detail and weight, not a cheaply made plastic reproduction

More period charm

Comments:

Used in combination with push-button switches, takes our 1903 Victorian parlor back to its original charm -- and away from the plastic 1970s switch plate that ""adorned"" the walls before.
